Dozzell Wins Cap - Ipswich Town News
Academy schoolboy Andre Dozzell played just over an hour as England’s U16s drew 0-0 with Slovakia before winning 4-3 on penalties at the UEFA Development Tournament at St George’s Park this afternoon.
The match was England’s second in the competition, Dozzell having played the full game as they lost 3-2 to Switzerland on Monday.
Dozzell, the 15-year-old son of former Blue Jason, has now won four U16s caps.
The result leaves England, who play France in their final match on Saturday, third in the group.
