Canadian Trialist in Action for U21s - Ipswich Town News
Town have named the expected very young side for this afternoon’s U21 game against Nottingham Forest at Playford Road (KO 1pm). The Blues include 17-year-old Canadian striker Dario Zanatta in the starting line-up.
Zanatta joined the Vancouver Whitecaps youth set-up in 2011 and is a Canadian U18 international. He is now looking for a club in Europe and recently spent time on trial with Swedish side IFK Göteborg.
No senior players are involved in today's match with the Town first-team facing Bolton at Portman Road on Tuesday.
