Croft on Wigan Spell - Ipswich Town News
Town are reported to have asked £400,000 from Wigan for Gary Croft. The full-back returned to Portman Road yesterday after Wigan decided to end their interest as they were unable to match his current wages.
Croft played seven games at the JJB Stadium and says he enjoyed getting back into senior football: "It's been an OK move, but it's over now. The move has sharpened me up a bit as I've enjoyed regular first team football again."
