Bru Withdrawn From Mauritius Squad - Ipswich Town News
Midfielder Kevin Bru has been withdrawn from the Mauritius squad facing Burundi and Togo in home friendlies this week due to a calf injury. The 26-year-old was subbed in the latter stages of Saturday's 1-0 win at Watford.
The Mauritians take on Burundi on Wednesday and then Togo on Saturday.
Paris-born Bru, who qualifies for Mauritius via his parents, has previously won two full caps having played for France at U18 and U19 levels.
It was the first time Bru had been called up since he joined the Blues last summer following a trial.
Teddy Bishop has already pulled out of the England U19s squad with sore shins, while David McGoldrick was left out of the final Republic of Ireland squad due to his thigh problem.
