U18s Lose at Huddersfield - Ipswich Town News
Town’s U18s saw their four-game winning run come to an end when they were beaten 2-0 at Huddersfield yesterday.
Jack Senior and substitute Ronan Coughlan netted second-half goals for the Terriers youngsters. The Blues U16s beat the same opposition 2-1.
Meanwhile, former keeper Richard Wright’s son Harry is set to be amongst this year’s intake of full-time academy scholars.
Wright junior, also a keeper, was previously with the Blues' youth set-up before following his father to Manchester City, but having been released has recently appeared for Town’s U16s.
