Pablo Praised - Ipswich Town News
George Burley has praised Pablo Couñago's performance in Cyprus against Alania Vladikavkaz and says the Spaniard is getting to grips with English football.
Pablo scored in the 2-1 win over Alania and scored twice for the reserves as they beat Wimbledon 6-1 last week. Those were only his second and third reserves goals for the club since joining from Celta Vigo on a free last summer. His only previous goal had come against Wimbledon in the away reserve fixture earlier in the season.
The Town boss said: "Every striker enjoys finding the net. Three goals in a week will have boosted Pablo's confidence. He is finding his feet in the English game."
