Patterson With New Zealand U20s - Ipswich Town News
Academy scholar Monty Patterson is with the New Zealand squad currently taking part in the U20 Five Nations Series, a friendly tournament ahead of the FIFA U20 World Cup which they are hosting later this month.
On Sunday, Patterson, 18, played the first half as the Junior All Whites lost 3-2 to Australia in Auckland.
New Zealand next face Panama on Thursday, then Qatar in the final game of the current series on Sunday with further friendlies set-up against Honduras and Austria for later in the month.
The Junior All Whites start their World Cup group games against Ukraine on May 30th before taking on the USA on June 2nd and Myanmar on June 5th.
