Lose Weight at Portman Road With Live Well Suffolk - Ipswich Town News
Ipswich Town will be hosting another of Live Well Suffolk’s free 12-week Lose Weight courses from Wednesday 15th July (5.30pm — 7pm).
The course follows the success of the previous four with a combined weight loss of 174kg or 27 stone.
The free course aims to help those taking part lose five per cent of their current weight over 12 weeks.
The course will explain the key elements required to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way.
Live Well Suffolk also hope to dispel some of the common diet and exercise myths and provide the tools to manage weight going forward.
Sessions will run on a weekly basis and will be for a duration of one and a half hours. Each session consists of a one-hour educational component, followed by a 30-minute exercise session.
Clients not only have access to the facilities at Ipswich Town during the course but can also access The Gym, Ipswich for some free sessions. There they can use the gym equipment with the help of the professional personal trainers.
