Two Academy Hat-tricks - Ipswich Town News
Wins for both Academy sides this weekend against Fulham at their Motspur Park training ground. Robert Dickinson and Dean Bowditch were the men celebrating most, both scoring hat-tricks.
Dickinson's three goals gave the U19s a 3-2 win, coming 2-1 from behind after initially going ahead. Bowditch's goals, along with one from Scott Barron, saw the U17s thrash the hosts 4-1.
The results are a fine revenge for the controversial FA Youth Cup loss to the Cottagers earlier in the season.
