Town's U18s continued their pre-season preparations on Saturday morning with a 2-0 win against Leyton Orient at Playford Road.
Striker Sam Ford (pictured) opened the scoring midway through the first half before great work on the right from sub Nick Ingram teed up Northern Ireland U17 international forward Conor McKendry to slot home the second in the final minute of the match.
Meanwhile, Town’s U16s were involved in a tournament at Tottenham where they beat the hosts 1-0, lost 2-1 to Liverpool and defeated Fulham 2-1.
