Life's a Pitch Live on Saturday

Radio Suffolk's Life’s a Pitch is live on Saturday (midday to 2pm) with host Mark Murphy joined by legend-in-residence Kevin Beattie, football’s youngest pundit Tractorboy and TWTD’s Phil Ham, as well as former Blue Tommy Miller, Town MD Ian Milne and former chairman David Sheepshanks.

Midfielder Miller, who is currently without a club having left Hartlepool at the end of last season, had a remarkable record against Saturday’s opponents Preston, with whom he also had a loan spell.

While with the Blues Miller, who also played for Town boss Mick McCarthy at Sunderland, netted eight goals against the Lilywhites. He also scored three against the Lancastrians for Pools and one for Sheffield Wednesday.

Will Town beat Preston at Deepdale in the league for the first time since 1966? Will the Blues still be top of the Championship come 5pm on Saturday? Give us your thoughts on those questions or anything else via email, Mark’s Twitter or during the show by phone on 01473 212121 or text to 81333 starting your message with SFK.

The show can be heard on 95.5FM, 95.9FM, 103.9FM and 104.6FM or online via a widget on this page by clicking here.
