U18s Lose at Huddersfield - Ipswich Town News
Striker Ben Morris was again on target but Town’s U18s fell to a 4-1 defeat at Huddersfield at lunchtime.
Huddersfield went in front via Harry Clibbens on 29 before Morris equalised five minutes later.
After the break Sam Ward and Jack Boyle made it 3-1 to the Terriers before Clibbens completed the scoring with his second. Huddersfield's Rekeil Pyke saw a late penalty saved.
First-year scholar Morris, 16, has now scored eight goals in seven games this season.
Town’s U21s are next in action on Monday at Portman Road when they face Bolton Wanderers (KO 7pm).
