McCarthy and Connor at Supporters Club AGM - Ipswich Town News

Following the success of last year's event, this season's Supporters Club AGM will once again take the form of an open evening with fans having a chance to meet and question management representing many areas of the club's activities, both off-field and on-field, including boss Mick McCarthy and his assistant Terry Connor.

Liz Edwards, chair of the Supporters Club, commented: "I'm really pleased that ITFC recognised how successful this event was last year, and are supporting it again.

"It's a great chance for fans to meet, talk with and question the people who are responsible for the running of the club, including managing director Ian Milne, club secretary and supporter liaison officer Sally Webb, as well as representatives from many other areas. Fantastic too that Mick and Terry will join us - it's always a lively session."

The event takes place in Legends Bar at Portman Road on Thursday 29th October, doors open 7pm for a prompt 7.30pm start.

The evening also includes the formal business of the Supporters Club AGM, so evidence of membership will need to be shown at the door, eg season ticket or Silver/Ambassador/Junior Blues club cards. Please contact Liz Edwards via officialitsc@btinternet.com if you're unsure if you qualify!
