John McGreal missed training today after suffering a minor calf injury in yesterday's 2-1 defeat to Blackburn. However, the defender is likely to be OK for Saturday's clash with Newcastle at St James' Park.
Town trained today at the Lyttleton Training Ground. The Blues are staying on Tyneside ahead of Saturday's game after travelling there from Blackburn last night.
For Newcastle Kieron Dyer is looking like making a return, possible up front.
