Hyam Starts But Nets Own Goal - Ipswich Town News
Blues midfielder Luke Hyam made his first start in 11 months for loan club Rotherham United but scored a first-half own goal which ultimately saw Blackburn Rovers to a 1-0 home win over the Millers.
Hyam, who was later applauded off by his temporary club’s fans when he was subbed on 68, inadvertently headed Craig Conway’s cross past his own keeper in the 31st minute.
The 24-year-old, who is with the Championship's second-bottom side until January 23rd, had previously made two sub appearances for the South Yorkshiremen.
