Chambers in Team of the Week - Ipswich Town News
Town skipper Luke Chambers has been named in the Sky Bet Football League Team of the Week for his performance during the 1-0 win away against the MK Dons on Saturday.
Chambers, 30, sent over the cross from which Brett Pitman nodded home the winner and was part of an excellent defensive performance by the Blues as they recorded their third successive win on the road.
Also in the Football League’s select XI this week is one-time Town reserves midfielder Conor Hourihane, who is these days with Barnsley in League One.
