Connolly Joins Bray Wanderers - Ipswich Town News
Winger Dylan Connolly has joined SSE Airtricity Premier League side Bray Wanderers back in his native Ireland.
Speaking last week, manager Mick McCarthy said the Irish U21 international’s contract would be settled so he could join an Irish side ahead of the 2016 season.
"Dylan will be released,” he confirmed. "We’ll make him a free agent so he can go and get a club in Ireland if he can.”
Connolly, 20, joined the Blues in January from Shelbourne, signing an 18-month contract.
The Dubliner was on the first-team bench on a number of occasions last season but without making his senior debut. However, he failed to make the same impact during this campaign.
