Ex-Arsenal Youngster Linked - Ipswich Town News
Town, Bristol City and Wigan are reported to be showing interest in bringing former Arsenal youngster Chuks Aneke back to England from Belgian side Zulte Waregem.
According to the Mirror, Waregem are in financial trouble and looking to offload their saleable assets, including the 22-year-old attacking midfielder, who has previously had loan spells with Stevenage, Preston and, pictured above, Crewe. He joined Waregem in the summer of 2014 following his release by Arsenal.
The ex-England U16, U17, U18 and U19 international would appear to be an unlikely Town target, particularly given that the Belgian club are said to be keen to raise "significant funds” from his sale.
