Knudsen Replaces Fraser at ITFC On The Road in Bury - Ipswich Town News
Jonas Knudsen has replaced the injured Ryan Fraser at this evening’s ITFC On The Road event at Bury Town’s Ram Meadow.
Fraser, who suffered a hamstring problem in the closing minutes at QPR on Saturday, was due to make the trip to West Suffolk along with Luke Varney, academy coach and former striker Alan Lee and managing director Ian Milne.
The already-sold-out evening, organised by the Supporters Club and hosted by ex-midfielder Simon Milton, now the academy sponsorship director, is in aid of the Town academy and will include a question and answer session with the guests, a quiz, raffle and auction.

Blackburn Rovers 1-0 Ipswich Town - Match AbandonedTown look set to face a return trip to Blackburn Rovers later in the season after this afternoon’s game was abandoned after 80 minutes due to a waterlogged pitch with the home side 1-0 up and with the Blues down to 10 men. Jacob Greaves was shown a straight red card four minutes after the break for hauling down Yuki Ohashi, then Rovers skipper Todd Cantwell netted a penalty on 59, but the heavy rain had made the game increasingly farcical the longer it progressed and in the 80th minute referee Stephen Martin took the players off and then 25 minutes later abandoned it entirely.
