Needham Keen on Hammond Loan - Ipswich Town News
TWTD understands that Ryman League Premier Division Needham Market are keen on signing Blues youngster Kyle Hammond on loan.
The 20-year-old right-back or midfielder, who scored for the Blues’ U21s in last week’s 2-1 defeat at Crystal Palace, was on the bench for the FA Cup replay at Portsmouth last month but is still to make his senior debut for Town and hasn’t been in a Championship matchday 18 this season.
The ex-Westbourne High School pupil is out of contract with Town at the end of the campaign having been handed a one-year deal last summer after spending much of the previous two seasons out with knee injuries.
