Town are being linked with a summer move for Manchester United winger Quinton Fortune. The South African is looking to leave United after making just 35 starts in his three years at the club.
Town have already bought one left winger this season but a succession of injuries have prevented Frenchman Ulrich Le Pen playing more than a fleeting role in the Blues' campaign.
Earlier in the week Town were linked with another Manchester United midfielder, Scottish U21 international Michael Stewart.
