Town Fans Offered Discount on Healthy Lifestyle Programme - Ipswich Town News

Town fans are being offered a 10 per cent discount on Attain and Sustain’s 12-week healthy lifestyle programme.

Meeting weekly at the Cool Beanz café in Russell Road, Ipswich, the programme is run by locally-based personal trainer and Town fan Jim Dale and will educate and empower you to attain your goals in the short-term and sustain them in the long term.

Based at Fitness First, Jim, who worked one-to-one with Blues midfielder Luke Hyam while he recovered from his recent knee injury, said: "I can’t wait to start the next Attain and Sustain Programme. We’ve had some truly amazing results this year and I can’t wait to get going with the next group.”

The programme, which starts at 7pm on Monday 25th April, sees the group meet for weekly seminars on topics crucial for successful weight-loss and health improvement.

Covering topics ranging from goal-setting, balancing blood sugar, sleep and principles of exercise, the programme serves to be an engaging journey for all of the participants, with an already proven track record for success.

Mark Phipps completed the first Attain and Sustain Programme of the year and, with just one week remaining, is expecting to lose the final two pounds to see him smash through the two-stone barrier.

Mark said: "Jim is full of enthusiasm and motivates everyone. The weekly weigh-ins keep you on track but the knowledge to change your lifestyle and eating habits is just so invaluable. It’s a great programme and I would recommend it to anyone”.
