What We Did on Our Hols - Ipswich Town News

Until September for most of us European matches were a just something out of the history books, like the Boer War, the plague or the Crusades. But in the Autumn of last year we made three crusades of our own, to Moscow, Helsingborg and Milan (Classy that paragraph wasn't it?).

TWTD are planning to mark this fine achievement (and to help forget about all the other stuff that's gone on this year) by producing a special issue of the fanzine with fans' tales from our three Euro trips.

This is where you come in. Everyone must have a few tales from the Euro-trips that need telling. There's no need to go into Old Git-like detail (unless you want to), just scrawl your stories and mail or email them to us.

We're also after photos, although we need them in a specific format. According to Dan we need RGB Jpegs with highest quality compression of a maximum size of 5Mb uncompressed. If that means nothing to you send us a mail and we'll try to explain.

Mail your stories to TWTD, PO Box 87, Ipswich, IP4 4JQ or email philip.ham@twtd.co.uk. Send your photos to twtd@c8p.com titled EUROTOUR.

We want to produce a definitive record of fans' experiences in Europe, something that we can all look back at in years to come when we're all old, grey and bald.
