U18s Beat QPR to Finish Fourth - Ipswich Town News
England U17 international Ben Morris scored his 21st goal of the season as Town’s U18s beat QPR 3-1 in their final game of the campaign at Playford Road on Saturday morning to end 2015/16 fourth in the Professional Development League Two South.
The young Blues, whose two other goals came via trialist striker Declan Daniels, who is currently with the Robbie Fowler Academy on Merseyside, had started the day sixth but their win and Millwall’s 2-1 defeat away against champions Watford saw them leap into the top four.
Meanwhile, Town’s U16s beat Colchester United 4-2, also at Playford Road.
