Logan Looking to Start for England - Ipswich Town News

Young Town striker Richard Logan is looking to start for the England U81 side in their match with France at Wigan next week. The striker, who came on as sub last night for the reserves, said: "I will try and do well. This is the next level up and we have European Championship qualifying games to come which I hope to be involved in."

Town have been linked with yet another goalkeeper, this time Birmingham's Ian Bennett. Bennett is thought to be unhappy at St Andrew's despite signing a new contract recently. With Richard Wright refusing to sign a new contract there has been speculation all season regarding Town and keepers. Other names to come up include those of Shay Given and Barnet's Lee Harrison. Probably no foundation in any of the reports and any move for a keeper is dependent on Wright leaving and the budget Town have to spend which will be partly determined by the Division Town are in come the end of May.
