Butcher and Osman Portman Cup Managers - Ipswich Town News
Blues legends Terry Butcher and Russell Osman have been revealed as the managers of the two teams of fans taking part in this year’s Portman Cup on the main pitch at Portman Road on Friday 20th May.
The Portman Cup offers supporters the chance to be part of a team playing a 90-minute match managed by one of the two legendary Town and England centre-halves.
Last year’s game was cancelled due to scheduling issues, but the summer of 2014 saw a team led by Alan Lee thrash Bryan Hamilton’s side 9-2.
As well as the opportunity to grace the Portman Road turf, the day includes use of the dressing rooms and dugouts, personalised kit, award presentations, a post-match meal for you and a guest, a commemorative DVD and a photo CD.
If you’re interested in taking part in the Portman Cup, which costs £250 + VAT per person, or want more information, call Town’s sales team on 01473 400594 or email sales@itfc.co.uk.
