Double Break for Thorne - Ipswich Town News
Derby County have confirmed that their midfielder George Thorne suffered a double break to his lower right leg during Town’s 1-0 victory over the Rams at the iPro Stadium on Saturday.
Thorne was stretchered off after a clash with Blues midfielder Jonathan Douglas as the Irishman sought to block a shot from the 23-year-old late in the second half.
The former West Bromwich Albion man is expected to be out of action for around three months.
