Signed Ramsey Photo and First Town Handbook Up for Auction - Ipswich Town News
A signed photo of Sir Alf Ramsey is among the lots up for auction at Lockdales of Martlesham on May 14th and 15th.
It is a magazine page showing the future Ipswich and England boss playing for Tottenham in 1950 with Ramsey’s signature clearly written across the shirt. The bidding will start at £30 but pre-auction interest has been such that it could fetch an eye-opening price.
Another well-fancied sports lot in the auction is the first ever Town handbook from the 1937/38 season.
This is marked up at £40 to £50, while there are also other more recent handbooks in the auction.
