Reduced Rail Service After Charlton Friendly - Ipswich Town News
Fans taking the train to tonight’s pre-season friendly at Charlton Athletic should note that there will be a reduced service from Liverpool Street following the match.
Due to "major project work” one line will be blocked between Marks Tey and Chelmsford from 9.05pm and therefore trains towards Ipswich will run less frequently. More details on Abellio Greater Anglia’s website.
As previously reported, fans face further rail frustration once the season gets under way with disruption for eight weekends between September and November and for 10 days over the Christmas period.
