Trialist Lamah Starts Final Friendly - Ipswich Town News
Trialist Roland Lamah makes his second start for the Blues in this afternoon’s final pre-season friendly against Royale Union Saint-Gilloise at Portman Road (KO 3pm).
Free agent left winger Lamah previously impressed in Tuesday’s 0-0 draw at Charlton Athletic.
Also starting is summer addition Adam Webster at centre-half alongside Christophe Berra, while Daryl Murphy is partnered by Freddie Sears up front.
David McGoldrick is on the bench, while Brett Pitman (toe) and Luke Hyam (knee) miss out but are expected to be fit for next week's Championship opener against Barnsley. Keeper Dean Gerken is again not included, due to his hamstring injury.
