Town boss Mick McCarthy has said he is expecting to confirm a new signing today.
Speaking to ex-Blues striker Alan Brazil on talkSPORT this morning, the Town manager said he "expects to confirm one signing today and hopefully we will get more”. TWTD reported yesterday that Town are close to completing a deal with another potential move under discussion.
McCarthy is most keen to add wingers to his squad ahead of next Saturday’s first Championship game of the season at home to Barnsley with former Swansea and Ferencváros wideman Roland Lamah having been on trial for the last week.
As reported yesterday, we understand Crystal Palace youngster Sullay Kaikai is also very much on Town’s radar.
