U15s Beat Leeds at Galway Cup - Ipswich Town News
Town’s U15s beat Leeds United 1-0 in their second game at the Galway Cup this afternoon.
Ben Knight’s goal saw the young Blues to their second victory of the competition after yesterday’s 2-0 win against a Republic of Ireland development squad.
The U15s, whose trip has been sponsored by Source One Ltd, Office Angels and David Moat, face Dublin side Cherry Orchard on Friday with the finals and play-off games on Saturday.
Town are regulars at the tournament, which is staged at the Salthill Devon club, taking part in the Elite U15s competition which they won in 2007.
