Boost for the Reserves - Ipswich Town News
Town's reserves title bid received a boost last night when Derby's second string lost at home to Nottingham Forest 1-0. The Blues currently sit in second but are well-placed for the title.
Arsenal, on 47 points, are currently top of the league after a 2-1 win over Wimbledon on Tuesday night while Town are one point behind and are equal on points with Derby.
The Blues have a superior goal difference to both the other challengers and have two games in hand over Derby and three over the Gunners.
