Iceland Game Off - Ipswich Town News
Iceland's friendly with Senegal in Dakar scheduled for next Wednesday has been cancelled. Town defender Hermann Hreidarsson will now not have to fly to Reykjavik, then Dakar and then back here just days before the games with Arsenal and Middlesbrough.
Hreidarsson had already asked to be rested from the Iceland game so he could concentrate on Town.
Jim Magilton, Matt Holland, Darren Bent and Matt Bloomfield are involved in internationals for Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the England U19s next week.
