Cundy and Craig Campaign - Ipswich Town News
Former Town players Jason Cundy and Craig Forrest have joined a health awareness campaign run by Anglia TV and a number of cancer charities. Both players have suffered with testicular cancer in recent years.
Cundy underwent treatment in 1997 while Forrest was diagnosed last October and has spent this season having chemo-therapy. He has a scan next week to see if he is in the clear.
Yesterday the pair visited Leiston High School and spoke about the disease as well as giving guidance on how the disease can be detected early.
Part of the campaign is an Anglia TV programme, Clued Up About Cancer which goes out on May 7th at 7.30pm.
