Clegg Returns - Ipswich Town News
Loanee Michael Clegg has returned to Manchester United after his month's loan with Town. The full back had an unimpressive time with Town and any further move for him from George Burley looks unlikely.
George Burley could find himself in trouble for comments made to referee Michael Jones after Saturday's game. An angry George Burley later labelled the ref a disgrace for his failure to give a penalty when Richard Naylor was upended in the final minutes by Kevin Muscat and added that he told the ref precisely that. Burley may find that he is the latest in a long line of managers receiving a touchline ban and/or fine.
