Robinson's Boston Loan Extended - Ipswich Town News
Defender Joe Robinson’s youth loan with Boston United has been extended into a third month. The 20-year-old will now remain with the Pilgrims until November 29th.
Haverhill-born Robinson has been an ever-present for the Vanarama National League North club since joining them at the end of August, making 12 appearances.
Robinson’s only senior appearance for the Blues so far was as a late sub in the FA Cup replay at Portsmouth in January.
Meanwhile, Town's U18s were beaten 4-0 at Crewe Alexandra on Saturday and are now without a win in seven league matches having won their opening three fixtures.
The youngsters will play Leiston at Victory Road in the second round of the Suffolk Premier Cup having beaten Kirkley and Pakefield 5-1 last week. The tie has been pencilled in for Tuesday 15th November but not yet confirmed.
