Adult Boot Camps in Ipswich and Kesgrave - Ipswich Town News
FIT-Trition adult fitness and nutrition classes are being held in Ipswich and Kesgrave over the next month.
FIT-Trition classes offer adults the chance to make a lifestyle change whilst interacting with like-minded people who share a passion for self-improvement.
Their HIPER (High Intensity Power Exercise Routine) training system delivers a series of exercises to ensure maximum impact is achieved over a shortened period of time.
Workouts are designed so exercises are stacked up against each other which creates an overload effect. Put simply, this style of training means working hard for short periods of time.
More details can be found on Premier Transition’s website, while the FIT-Trition Suffolk and Essex Facebook group can be found here.
