Burley and Butcher Legends on the Town at The Dove - Ipswich Town News

George Burley and Terry Butcher will be the stars of the Supporters Club’s next Legends on the Town event at the Dove Street Inn on Friday 9th December (7.30pm).

The evening will see the duo recall decades of Blues history, including the FA Cup win in 1978 and the UEFA Cup victory in 1981, as well as George's successful time as manager at Town, plus their respective international careers.

There will also be a chance for chat, autographs and selfies, as well as a mini-auction and a Christmas-themed raffle raising funds for the Town Academy.

Tickets, which cost £5, are available by email from officialitsc@btinternet.com, by text or phone via 07968 876504 or in person from Liz Edwards at the Supporters Club stand inside the Fanzone before every home game, in Legends Bar afterwards or at any away game.

The Supporters Club’s next ITFC On the Road event with first-team players is at the Dove on Monday14th November.
