Irish Boys Both Miss Out? - Ipswich Town News

Matt Holland has been left out of the Irish starting line- up for their friendly with USA in Dublin on Wednesday. Jim Magilton may miss out on another Northern Irish cap after failing to meet up with the squad.

Northern Ireland play Spain on Wednesday but Magilton has left the squad due
to one of his children falling ill.

Town boss George Burley said: "Jim went over there to join the squad but came back to Ipswich because one of his children isn't well. But it is not serious."

Northern Ireland boss Sammy McIlroy hopes that Magilton will arrive in Belfast today and will be available for selection.
