Kanu Backs Finidi - Ipswich Town News

Arsenal striker Nwankwo Kanu has backed Nigeria's established players to return to the squad by the time of this summer's World Cup. Town's Finidi George as well as Sunday Oliseh and other players have been left out of new manager Adegboye Onigbinde's squad for their match with Scotland tomorrow.

Kanu said: "We have a new team, new players and a new coach and it's all very different at the moment. But I believe the big players will be back for the World Cup finals. We need them."
