Reserve Squad for Arsenal - Ipswich Town News

Town's reserves continue their push for the FA Premier Reserve League (South) title when they meet Arsenal on Wednesday at Barnet's Underhill ground (KO 7pm).

Dale Roberts has named a very young side with Thomas Gaardsøe, Ulrich Le Pen and Richard Logan the only players with first team experience.

Darren Bent and Matt Bloomfield miss out as they are involved in the England U19s game in Lithuania. The second leg of their play-off is on Sunday at Nottingham Forest (KO 3pm).

Derby's reserves beat Spurs' second string 2-1 on Tuesday evening to go level with Town on points at the top of the FA Premier Reserve League (South) table.

The Blues remain ahead as they have a better goal difference. Town also have two games in hand over Derby and third-placed Arsenal.
