Fans Around the Globe Meeting Up to Watch Forest Game - Ipswich Town News

With Saturday’s home game against Nottingham Forest being shown live on TV in the UK and abroad, Town fans across the country and around the globe are set to meet up in pubs and bars to cheer the Blues to victory (Sky Sports One from 5.15pm, kick-off 5.30pm).

The Ipswich Town Supporters Club of Norway are holding a their AGM at three venues across the Arbeidergata 2 building in Oslo to coincide with the game.

First, from 4.30pm local time, they are meeting in the cellar where the business of the AGM will take place and where they will interview a number of Town figures by phone or Skype, including legendary Blues striker Paul Mariner.

Then the match will be screened on the ground floor at the best football pub in Norway, the Bohemen Sportsbar.

And after the game they will moving up to the first floor to the Oriental Restaurant for a Christmas Dinner Party. Any Town fans who happen to be in Oslo are welcome to join them.
