Wiltord Out for Gunners - Ipswich Town News
Arsenal striker Sylvain Wiltord will miss Town's trip to Highbury on Sunday with a thigh injury and is out for the rest of the season. The Gunners have a number of injuries at present with Robert Pires perhaps the most significant.
Pires is out due to knee ligament problems that are likely to see him miss the World Cup. Also missing for the Town game are Sol Campbell and Oleg Luzhny.
Better news for the home side is that Francis Jeffers, Ashley Cole and Ray Parlour all came through the reserve game against Town on Wednesday night largely unscathed. Parlour took a bit of a knock but is expected to be involved at some point.
