Burley Wants Seven Points - Ipswich Town News

Town manager George Burley says that seven points may be enough to see his side avopid relegation. The Town boss admits his team have not performed at their best consistently this season.

Burley is still confident his side can avoid relegation: "We don't need a miracle, we are capable of doing it. We need a bit of luck and to perform to our maximum.

"We have got two home games and two away and I feel seven points could be enough. That is what we have to aim for.

"We have performed well in one-offs but not often enough. But we are not going to hide from the fact we have not played well.

"The fans have been treated to some great football over the last two years and we are proud of what we have done. But you have got to play at your best to get anything in the Premier League and we have not done that week in, week out."
