Albion in for Stewart? - Ipswich Town News
Reports in Birmingham claim that West Bromwich Albion are eyeing a summer swoop for Town striker Marcus Stewart. Albion are likely to bring in a number of players over the summer as they prepare for their first Premiership season.
It is unlikely that Stewart would be on sale unless Town are relegated, however if a decent offer came in then a deal might be considered as the Blues sought to reduce the wage bill.
A figure of £5 million is being quoted for the 29-year-old striker.
Albion are also being linked with former player Lee Hughes, Manchester United's Ronnie Wallwork and Charlton's Kevin Lisbie.
