Skuse a Doubt for Villa Trip But Injury Not Serious - Ipswich Town News

Midfielder Cole Skuse is a doubt ahead of Saturday’s trip to Aston Villa due to the injury he suffered during the first half of Saturday’s 2-2 home draw with Reading, but a scan has shown that the 30-year-old’s problem is not serious.

"Skusey has a heavily bruised lower calf and achilles,” Town physio Matt Byard told the club site.

"It depends on how it settles down over the next couple of days as to whether he has a chance of making the Villa game.”
