Join the Italian Branch in Wearing Retro Kit on Supporters Day - Ipswich Town News

Fans are being encouraged to join the Italian Branch of the Supporters Club by wearing their retro Town kit to Saturday’s game against Brentford, this year’s Supporters Day.

Now in its eighth year, Supporters Day, which is organised by the Supporters Club, sees Blues fans from around the globe visit Portman Road.

This year the Italian Branch will be at the game in specially made kit from 1885 and other supporters are being asked to join them in the FanZone in Town wear from yesteryear.

The FanZone on the FieldTurf behind the East of England Co-op Stand will be open from 12-2.30pm with special guests Steven Taylor and Terry Butcher speaking to supporters at around 1.10pm and 2pm respectively.

BBC Radio Suffolk’s Life’s a Pitch will also be broadcasting live and talking to some of the fans making the pilgrimage to Portman Road.

After the game Legends will be open from 5pm until 6.30pm with the band Silbury Hill playing live.
