McLoughlin Joins Bromley on Loan - Ipswich Town News

First-year pro striker Shane McLoughlin has joined Vanarama National League side Bromley on a youth loan for the remainder of the season.

The 20-year-old former Irish U18 international has been a regular for the Blues U23s this season and was on the first-team bench for the FA Cup ties at Portsmouth last season and at home to Lincoln this term but so far without making his senior debut.

McLoughlin, who signed a one-year pro deal with an option for a further season last summer, could make his Bromley debut in Saturday’s home game against Chester.

Also currently on loan in non-league are midfielder Kundai Benyu at Aldershot, defender Joe Robinson at St Albans, forwards Monty Patterson with Braintree and Ben Morris at Woking and keeper Jacob Marsden with Leiston.
