Reserve Squad - Ipswich Town News

Town include a number of fringe first teamers in the squad for Wednesday's reserve game against Derby at Portman Road (KO 7pm). Alongside the U19s, who make up the majority of the squad, are Jim Magilton, Fabian Wilnis and Alun Armstrong.

The reserves need just one point to confirm their title, although even if they lose they could still win the championship due to their superior goal difference.

Derby and Arsenal are both three points behind the Blues with Town's goal difference +27, Derby's +17 and Arsenal's +22. Arsenal play Leicester at home in their final reserve game of the season next Tuesday.

Town are opening both the Greene King and Cobbold Stands for Wednesday's game and supporters are asked to arrive early to avoid congestion.

Squad: Mike Salmon, Lewis Price, Fabian Wilnis, Erdum Artun, Justin Miller, Lee Beevers, Wayne Brown, Darren Ambrose, Matthew Richards, Matthew Bloomfield, Jim Magilton, Ian Westlake, Ashley Nicholls, Darren Bent, Alun Armstrong, Will Snowden, Robert Dickinson, Matthew Robinson, Richard Logan and Nabil Abidallah.
